Markus Reichert will ride the MS150 2008 and
needs YOUR support
t t t t t

On April 12-13,
2008, I’m joining again thousands of cyclists for the BP MS 150 from Houston to
Austin. This two-day bike
ride isn’t a race, but it does raise money in the race to find the cure for
multiple sclerosis, a degenerative disease of the
central nervous system. Last year, 13,000 cyclists raised $12.3 million to help
17,000 Texans affected by multiple sclerosis.
I also have a military comrade who suffers from MS since years. Researchers are
making progress, but the cause and cure
are still over the horizon. And that’s why I saddle up to ride. With this
journey, I’m helping the National Multiple Sclerosis
Society fund research to find the cause, cure and treatment of MS. My
participation also helps support services for people
affected by MS.
Please help me support our fellow Texans by making a one-time, tax-deductible
donation and send your contribution to me
or just use the following E-Donate Link:

Any amount you feel comfortable giving is deeply appreciated.
Checks should be made payable to the
National MS Society. With your support, we
can make a positive impact today in the lives of 17,000 men, women and
children affected by multiple sclerosis.

The MS 150 Bicycle Tour 2007 is over – It was great! Thank you for
your Support!
After 2 days
of intense pedaling, farm roads, nice views, lots of water, head wind, enough
hills, I finished the
BP MS150
Bike Tour.
A 200 miles ride from Houston to Austin (incl. 20 miles
more for me because I was
stupid enough to start from
the Woodlands ;-).
About 13,000 bikers
participated, as a way to help the thousands
of Multiple Sclerosis victims. With
the
generous help of my
supporters I was
able to fulfill my donation pledge and
my duty as fundraiser.
It was a
great adventure!
We started on Saturday April 22nd at 6:30 AM for 110 miles
from the Woodlands.
Spent the night
with the
Cameron team
in a tent in La Grange, TX and then
continued the next morning for
another 85 miles to Austin. Just
waking up at
4:00 AM
on Sunday was already a
miracle!
Let's do it again in 2008.
